On the 2nd day of the button, at around 8:27:00 UTC, the button crashed for half an hour. Many used this precious interval to press the button.

Unfortunately, these people were given cheater flairs, and were generally exiled from the catalogue, due to the belief that they had exploited the button.

While some exiled prophets were pardoned by the admins, these few are still marked as schemers, corrupters, cheaters.

Did these forlorn individuals really cheat, and were merely forgotten by the mods? Or are they truly evil? Who is to say? Here, for now, they lie.

On the 17th day of the button, an error occured that brought the timer down lower than ever, past the unseen orange and to our first red.

Who was this first red, you ask? It was none other than GyroDawn. With an 8s flair, he shocked the community, some hailing him, some shaming him.

Amidst the praise and anger - and general confusion - GyroDawn made a choice so far never documented in such extreme circumstances before...

He turned off his flair. With the proof, we cannot accept him to the Catalogue, but his actions deserve to be recorded for the history books, nonetheless.

The 25th Day of the Button goes down in history for the greatest glitch and greatest upset to the Community of the Button to have been known.

On this day the button shut down, no longer resettng the timer upon each press. Many users pressed eagerly upon seeing such low numbers, only to watch

in despair when the timer did not reset. In total 18 users were flaired, including the Mod himself, /u/powerlanguage. Amongst the flip-flopping and

debate over what should be done, controversy, chaos and schism ensued. Originally, the Catalog kept all of these users; our mission being to record and watch, never engage.

These actions were met with the growing frustration of those who felt that we were the last standing opportunity for the game to continue.

All was not to pass in peace. The discontent birthed a second Catalog, a twin to the bone save for the claim of being the true version with no "glitched" users.

It posted where we would post, speaking as we speak, causing further confusion among the Community over who we were and what we had done.

And we finally realized. No longer were we sentinels. For the Community of the Button, we had engaged long before. We now hold a power and responsibility we did not seek.

With the pressure of change upon us, we decided to open the debate to the community, and after two grueling days of essay posts and comments, the debate has ended.

The results be thus: All glitched users from the Great Confusion are to be moved here, for a spot in the bonus section. We comply.

And so the timer ticks on. The Red Doors open again for those seeking raw fame to try their fate. Here lie those users born in Great Confusion, casualties of a bloody quest

for glory upon which we all have embarked. Pitied by some for their fate but shunned by many, they will certainly not be forgotten.
