1	Observer evaluation grid to pass final certification
2		Grade 1/5: Unacceptable mistake made 2/5: Mistake(s) made that proves the observer is not quite ready yet 3/5: No major mistake, but hasn't shown enough experience / mastery 4/5: Knows what (s)he's doing, but still lacks a little experience / mastery 5/5: Ready for Certification, there's no noticeable difference between his way of doing things and mine.	Comment Mandatory if rating is not 5/5. Please specify the error(s) if any, or give a concrete reason why you think he lacks experience.
3	Positioning Positioned himself in the right place, quickly enough not to delay the game (taking into account his previous position and the previous position of other observers), without interfering with potential cameras or nearby games.
4	Interaction with other observers Communicated effectively and without aggression with the other observers during groupings. Defend his opinion when he had a good view, and was able to say when he did not have a good view. Did not challenge another observer.
5	Interaction with players Used the right gestures to communicate, didn't disrespect players and didn't overreact when players were aggressive. Was firm with his decisions and showed no doubts.
6	Active calls respect Made active calls and was firm in his decisions. Did not actively call a foul for which he was not responsible and did not contest an active call made by another observer.
7	Passive calls respect Did not try to give his opinion without the players clearly calling for the observers. Did not give the players a decision without consulting the other observers, if appropriate.
8	Decision-making on service Was firm when asked for his opinion. He did not ask the other observers to gather when it was not necessary. He did not replay a point when he was supposed to be watching precisely what was called.
9	Involvement Was involved in the observing process, was not negligent (for example, not bending down to observe the height of a serve or not shifting with the server to try to get the best possible angle of viewas observer number 1 are evidence of negligence).
10	Anything else to report (if anything in particular has happened)
