Thursday, August 15, 2019MAPS : we are coloring in a world map, and creative coloring is allowed and suggested and the map will label the oceans and continents of the world. It is a grade for geography portion of the World History section. It is due tomorrow and it is for a grade. We got our textbooks and our workbooks, and we set them up so they are easy to find and use.WEIRD FRIDAY: This is a reward that I do with the class. It can be many things, but one of the main ones is storytelling. I like to read a really good story, with the lights out and use vocal effects to do this. However, I do have rules for this, there can be no interrupting at any time. Students who do leave the room. It is a good time to learn how to listen with respect, but also have fun. There is no grading attached to this at all: it is just a bit of fun and a wonderful way to learn.
