This will be a 2-day tournament from Jan 27-28th, 2024 @2pm - 8pm EST each day

There will be 4 Survivor teams and 4 Demon players

Round 1 - Each Survivor Team will play a random Demon player in a Round-Robin style bracket.
Each Team/Demon will play 1 Match, 2 games each.

Round 2 - The higher scoring Team/Demon will play each other, and the lowest scoring will play each other.
The remaining players will play whoever they haven't faced yet
Each of these Matches will also be 2 games each.

After Round 2 ends, 1 Survivor team and 1 Demon player with the lowest Day 1 score will be eliminated

The Semi Finals will be 4 Matches, each a Best-of-3
Players will first play whoever they haven't faced yet on Day 1

The Team/Demon with the lowest score after the 3 Matches will be eliminated, leaving 2 Teams & 2 Demons

The Team/Demon with the second lowest score will play 1 more Match against the each other to try beating the best scoring Team/Demon

The Team/Demon with the highest score after the 4th Match will advance to Grand Finals

Until Grand Finals, Survivor's scores will be compared with other Survivors, and Demon scores will be compared with other Demons

Survivors:
• Winning with less Deaths/Downs is rewarded. 2 Downs = 1 Death
+1 Defending Book
+2 Defending Book with 1 Death all game
+3 Defending Book with 1 Down all game
+4 Defending Book with 0 Downs all game

Ties:
• Ties will be determined by 2 values:
1. For Demons - Damage Given. Higher Damage advances.
2. Survivors - Healing Given. LESS Healing advances.
• Each Match will total the Damage done by the Demon and the Healing Given by each Survivor.
If there's a tie in Match score after any Round, these values break the tie.

Reasoning: There are bound to be ties and, with how lengthy games can be, it wouldn't make sense to do so many tie-breaker games especially since they could
always end in another tie. You'd need values that won't always be the same. Damage done by Demons is a good measure of how they performed even if they
couldn't win the game, so that will be used on the Demon's side. Healing Given by Survivors will be a penalty, similar to how Resident Evil games would lower your
score for each First Aid used. So the less heals used, the better. Keep in mind these values only matter if Match scores are tied.

3. Characters that win a game can't be used again in the same Match by any player
• For example if a survivor team wins with Cheryl, Cheryl can't be used by anyone for the remainder of that Match
• This also goes for Demon. If the Demon player wins Game 1 as Plaguebringer, no more playing Plaguebringer for that Match

• There's 2 popular ways games generally handle stream sniping:
1. There's an x-minute delay to the stream - Streaming with even a 5-minute delay would not work on large map where a demon takes 5mins+ to find survivors.
The Demon player could then see on stream where the survivors are after 5 minutes. Increasing the delay seems pointless and might as well be broadcasted as
a replay at that point
2. The games are played off-stream, then broadcasted afterwards - This is less hype. The goal is to stream live games
• The solution I'm using is a combination of private streams and managing who's on stream. This is done in a few steps:
1. Survivors with the means will broadcast on YouTube. On YouTube you can stream Privately; this way only the person who has the stream shared can view it
2. The Demon player will also broadcast Privately on YouTube
3. I will be able to View each person's POV who's able to stream and switch between cameras
4. To avoid Demon players watching the stream to see where Survivors are, the camera will only be on the Demon's POV until survivors are found
• This way I'll be able to switch between Survivor's POV and Demon's POV while also ensuring Survivor's position isn't revealed at the start of the game

There will be no entry fee. All players are *FREE TO ENTER*

Requirements:
1. Each Demon, and at least 1 Survivor per Team, are required to stream the games privately on YouTube.
- This will be the method to broadcast games and will ensure there's no cheating

2. Message me on Discord to confirm you/your Team can make the schedule
- Vick94 on Discord. I will ask you to share your YouTube stream whenever you're ready to confirm you'll be able to stream

3. No returning Players except the Winner of the previous tournament (THE_BIG_WET in this case; and me if I choose to enter)
- It would be unfair to Players who havn't played yet if previous Tourney players kept entering
- After Thurs. Jan 25th, if there are any slots still open, previous Tourney players will be able to enter
- Subs from previous Tourney ARE able to enter at any time since they didn't play the complete tourney and were courteous enough to fill

Since there isn't a spectator mode in the game, this will be the method to spectate both sides and ensure rules aren't broken

* All Demon players are required to stream *
* At least 1 Survivor per team is required to stream *

You will be responsible for your own team
- I will ask 1 person per team for the names of the players they're playing with to be registered
- If you don't have your 4-person team when you have to play, you are allowed to use subs
- If you don't have 4 people when you have to play, you will just play with whoever is there (3v1, 2v1, etc)

Confirmed Players will be added to the roster in the 'Participants' tab

You can enter as a Survivor OR Demon
Since teams will play each other throughout the tournament, you can't be on both sides
