1. Visit a council's website by following a link on the Data tab

2. Look for references to a Community Response Hub or a Community Volunteering service - i.e. how to contact if you are vulnerable and without help

3. Copy the URL for the page that most directly helps people in need, eg contains a phone number or form for people who need help

4. Paste the URL into the Hub URL column

5. Paste the phone number or email address if there is one

6. Collect specific URLs for extremely vulnerable people who are being shielded

7. Collect specific URLs for vulnerable people who are not on the shielded list

8. Paste URLs and contact details for people who want to volunteer to help

9. Record the date you fetched the info

1) We are looking to identify the community hubs to support and signpost vulnerable citizens. Therefore aim to find the specific site and contact details for providing local support to that community

2) Where the council isn't publishing specific contact details, capture the general enquiries contact details but note this in the comments field

3) Where a local area breaks down their community hubs into smaller groups (e.g. district level), highlight this in green in the notes column so it can be broken out
