Instructions: Speaker of the Council should appoint each citizen to a representative within 2 school days. If the speaker fails to do so, then the Asst. Speaker is empowered to make the appointments within an additional 2 school days. Failure to do so by the Asst. Speaker will result in the DOD making appointments. The DOD can also dissolve the SC with a simple majority of the people. A new SC will either be appointed by the DOD or by another election. The decision belongs to the DOD.

a) All citizens know their SCM
b) All citizens know their day of the week to contribute to class history
c) Check on SCM to make sure they are acting responsible at citizens each SCM represents
d) Conduct yourself as you expect SCMs and Citizens to act
