We will likely need to bring a wheelbarrow over and move loads of pine straw into the woods as there isn't a good spot nearby to blow it totally out of the way. 0.9We have asked POA in past to keep spillway clean, but it doesn't appear to be on a regular schedule even though they regularly mow. Maybe you could ask POA to clean it twice a year? Thank you.
