Check out my Arizona Trail Resupply Guide for additional info, including shower and laundry info.
Some notes/disclaimers on this spreadsheet:

(1) This is not an exhaustive list of every possible resupply stop on the AZT. Do your own research and figure out what works for you.
(2) Exact mile markers/mileage will vary based on the year and the maps you are using, but this should give you a rough idea of the distances between towns.
(3) The first tab 'AZT Southbound Resupply Stops' includes all the resupply stops I mention in my blog post, including resupply points I didn't stop at.
(4) The second tab 'AZT Northbound Resupply Stops' includes the mile markers of all the stops but in northbound order - I haven't hiked the AZT NOBO, yet, so I can't speak to the best NOBO resupply strategy, but my partner did do a NOBO AZT hike in 2024, so I have some info from his hike. I thought providing the mile markers going northbound could be useful for people planning their NOBO hikes.
(5) The third tab 'My AZT SOBO Resupply Strategy' contains my personal resupply strategy from my southbound AZT thru-hike in 2022 (this tab does not include stops I did not stop at and is my exact resupply strategy).
(6) If there is a town you don't want to stop in, delete the row and make sure to update the "Miles to Next Resupply" column appropriately. Likewise, if you want to add a stop that isn't listed here, insert a row and update all columns as needed.
(7) The "Mail/Buy" column indicates whether I recommend mailing a resupply to that stop or buying your resupply in town if there are sufficient amenities. If the cell is marked as 'Mail or Buy,' it means that you can likely purchase enough food in town, but there might be limited options if you have dietary restrictions or specific preferences. In such cases, you may prefer to mail your resupply instead.
(8) The "Miles to Next Resupply" column does not include the number of miles you have to hike or walk on side trails to towns; it simply shows the distance between AZT mile markers.

Disclaimer: This spreadsheet is provided for informational purposes only and is based on personal experience and research. Trail conditions, resupply options, and amenities may change, so it's advisable to double-check information before planning your hike. Always verify the details for each location, as services and availability may vary. Hikers should exercise caution and use their judgment.
