11 | Tenured teachers should take note the following assessment windows in the Spring and plan their SPM (from start to finish) accordingly: PSSA ELA Testing: April 22 - April 26 | PSSA Math/Science: April 29 - May 3 | STAR: April 1 - May 24 The SPM Final Reflection and Self-Rating window is April 16 - May 14. We realize some teachers want to use specific data (i.e. STAR) for their SPM. Please plan your SPM accordingly at the beginning of the school year, and consider - if your preferred data will not be available during the final reflection and self-rating window - using an alternative method of measuring student growth. INTERVAL OF INSTRUCTION for Goal Setting Tasks: October 27, 2023 - April 15, 2024 | Attendance Requirement for Students: 80% If a student has 21 or more absences during the interval of instruction, the student is not eligible to be counted towards an SPM (or IEP Goals Progress) goal. Note: The student-count minimum for IEP Goals Progress = 8. There is no student-count minimum for SPM. | |||||||||
