5	Title: Implementation of the Positivity Project to support character and culture
6	Results Statement: 100% of students and staff will implement the Positivity Project in order to create a positive school environment and to better understand the culture of their peers and the community around them.

10	2	Form a student P2 committee (each building) to assist building and district C2/P2 committees to complete a climate assessment which includes the implementation of the character traits and self-assessing of building culture.		Building Principal/P2 Committee Person

18	10	Positivity Project curriculum and resources will be sent weekly via email by the building P2 leaders for all teachers to use within the classroom character lessons. These lessons are provided by the Positivity Project in a shared Google Drive, and are the same resources that will be used by all P2 schools nationwide.		Building P2 Leaders
19	11	All school buildings will participate in a P2 experience for all students. This may include experiences such as a P2 Scavenger Hunt, P2 Block Party, or other unique experience that allows students to have hands on opportunities with all of the P2 traits. 20	12	P2 Committee members will attend the P2-200 training to become a P2 Champion school district, and building P2 Leaders and administrators will participate in the P2-250 training.		P2 Committee, District Administration
