Marketing Material Eligibility & Terms

1. Eligibility Period

The Partner shall become eligible for marketing materials only after completion of one (1) month from the date of verbal agreement and successful onboarding, subject to meeting the applicable performance criteria.

2. Performance-Based Allocation

Allocation of marketing materials is purely performance-based and shall be decided solely by the Company. Meeting the target does not automatically guarantee entitlement unless explicitly approved.

3. Right to Modify Specifications

The Company reserves the absolute right to revise, modify, replace, or discontinue the specifications, quantity, design, or type of marketing materials at any time, without prior notice.

4. Transportation & Logistics Cost

All transportation, courier, logistics, and handling costs related to the marketing materials shall be borne entirely by the Partner. The Company shall not be responsible for any such expenses.

5. Availability & Discretion Clause

Distribution of marketing materials is subject to availability and sole discretion of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-availability due to operational or external factors.

6. No Monetary or Replacement Claim

Marketing materials provided are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No replacement shall be issued for loss, damage, or misuse after dispatch.

7. Brand Usage Compliance

The Partner shall use all marketing materials strictly in accordance with the Company’s brand guidelines. Any misuse may result in immediate withdrawal of partner privileges.

8. Re-imbursement

The Partner shall be reimbursed for the purchase, provided the quality, design, cost, and aspect ratio comply with company standards and are approved in advance.

8. Delivery Time Schedule

The delivery of the above mentioned marketing material might take anywhere between 4 to 10 working days. The partner will be shared the details of the logisitics as and when found necessary.
