2Saturday2nd MarchLudlow parkrunhttps://www.parkrun.org.uk/ludlow/The course starts and finishes at the Vinnalls car park. An initial anticlockwise loop is followed by 2 clockwise laps on undulating, scenic forest trails. There is a short section which is particularly steep, narrow and potentially muddy and slippery when wet.
Unfortunately, the width of some sections is not sufficient to safely accommodate runners pushing buggies.

7Saturday27th JulyWolford Wood parkrunhttps://www.parkrun.org.uk/wolfordwood/A scenic trail event, through wildlife filled woodland, open meadows and occasional wet, muddy paths.
A three lap course, run mainly on trails in a well established woodland. The course consists of a section through a wild meadow, which leads on to a trail section through the woodland. The underfoot conditions are arduous, with some exposed tree roots and it will be wet and muddy throughout winter. Trail shoes are essential during these times and highly recommended all year round.
Due to the mixed terrain parts of the course may make it harder for people with buggies & pushchairs. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event, at the request of the landowner.

9Wednesday7th AugBugatti 10kWebsite not yet availableSet around a single 10k loop of largely quiet country roads, the race takes place on an August Wednesday evening. With chip timing and markers at each kilometre, the course starts with a sharp descent followed by an equally sharp incline before settling into a largely rolling first third. The middle section is very flat (with a water station at approx. 6k) before the course starts to undulate again towards a largely inclining final kilometre. Despite this, it is a course suitable for beginners as well as the experienced runner.25

10Saturday7th SeptForest of Dean parkrunhttps://www.parkrun.org.uk/forestofdean/The start and finish are at the same point, which is located on the main forest trail about 200m from the entrance to the woods.
The course is comprised of two laps. The first is the simpler route, around 2k, on the outer perimeter and is clearly marked by posts, which are numbered with yellow discs 1-18 and other post with yellow directional arrows. The second lap is nearer 3k, is more technical but is clearly marked by posts with red discs numbered 19-36 and other posts with directional arrows also in red. This lap covers small parts of the perimeter but in the main is run inside the forest and takes a number of twists and turns throughout. Keep an eye on the markers to ensure you follow the correct course.
It is a working forest and conditions change with the seasons. Be aware of tree roots and other hazards. Trail shoes are recommended.
