There exists 3 sheets in this document. The 'README' that you are currently reading which explains how the system works. The 'Submitted' sheet shows what content has been submitted for review. The 'Formatting' sheet shows what is ready to be formatted for publication.
8
The 'Submission' works with some automatics. When you fill in the file, the color of the row will change automatically giving the status for this submission (from 'being reviewed' to 'ready for formatting and publication'. The colors will be explained below.
9
When an article is ready (meaning it has been peer-reviewed, accepted and corrected, and finally translated), it is automatically added to the Formatting sheet when "Status_Round2" is set to "READY".
10
Then someone can get the document ready on the corresponding platform (Blog, Instagram or Facebook). This only applies of course to the content we are producing. You still need to check the sources when you publish somewhere but it doesn't need peer-reviewing.

SUBMISSION WORKFLOW
26
1) You have one post ready (blog, instagram, facebook) containing texts, sources, +- medias (pictures, videos...), then you can submit it. If possible, focus on blog posts even if it takes more time to prepare. We can cut them in several IG or Facebook posts. It takes more time at first, but we save time on the long run.
27
2) Create a folder inside the folder "Submitted article" on the GG Drive specifically for your submission (Your name - Title)
28
3) Submit your document by filling the first 8 columns (Keywords to GG drive location of your folder) on the Submitted sheet.
Working on a fix:If you need to change Keyword1, wait a second before to pick Keyword2. Keyword2 depends on K1 and the list needs to refresh.
29
4) Wait for some news or check regularly the status.

32
PEER-REVIEWING WORKFLOW
33
1) First filter by keywords (the list will be extended if needed) and find something that correspond to your expertise. If you are an undergraduate, ask a graduate or post-graduate to help you.
34
2) Second check the status of a document. If it is white, you can take the lead on this document if the topic interest you. If any other colours, check the status, it might need a translation on which you could contribute.
35
3) If you take the job, work inside this folder if you are reviewing or move the folder to the folder "Art. for Translation" if you will translate the document. The link should update automatically.
36
4) Do the job corresponding to the task and change the selector to the one corresponding to the next step when done.
37
5) Wait for the next step and follow regularly what has been done.
38
6) If one article is READY, you can find the number corresponding to its row in the 'Formatting' sheets, together with the name of the publisher and when the article has been scheduled for publication.
