To guide and orient you to this resource list, we have a few tips for you.
1. Please know that local resources and services change frequently. This list is to get you started, but is not all encompassing!
2. Because of the evolution of local resources and services, it will be important to familiarize yourself with some of the broader statewide service directories and clearninghouses such as Unite Us, Colorado 211, Community Resource Network, etc. These are all included in the Statewide tab, and local service directories are included in the regional tabs, as applicable.
3. Feel free to keep this list updated yourself as you come across changes or new resources.
4. If you need support in finding a resource, please reach out to your fellow Asthma Navigators or the DECIPHeR team.
