Give everyone a few minutes and then start asking for their hopes and fears. They should read them out loud and then hand or even better, put them on the board under the corresponding column. | |||
15 | 10am | Highlights to date (visual exercise - everyone has to bring printouts / objects that represent highlights of the year so far for them) | Ask everyone to print out or bring with them something that represents their highlights to date - ideally the period since the last offsite or just 6-12 months if it's been too long! Use the space of your offsite - a big wall works well, and stick up the print outs on to the wall and ask everyone to talk about what's up there.
