Light - This weapon is to small to wield in two hands, but is balanced nicely for wielding alongside another.

Attached - This weapon can not be disarmed or stolen while worn.

Brawling - You Gain a +2 to all maneuvers, except sunder

Finesse - You gain a +2 to Disarm, Feint, Steal, Dirty Trick, and Reposition maneuvers.

Chained - This weapon ignores an enemies non magical shield bonuses.

Brutal - You gain a +2 to Bull Rush, Trip, Overrun, Drag, and Grapple maneuvers.

Deadly - When you coup de grace with this weapon you treat the crit multiplier as one higher.

Malignant - If poisoned this weapon will not cause the user to accidently poison themselves on a fumble.

Unwieldy - This weapon requires both hands to carry and wield, if you are able to wield an unwieldy weapon in one hand and do so it loses this property.

Firearms - These weapons do no target touch AC as per pathfinder, however they do bypass all DR that has a condition

Magic Staves - These staves require the user to prepare a cantrip/orison, which the staff uses as ammunition. It deals Energy Damage of the same type as the spell. These staves also allow the wielder to use his casting stat as his damage modifier.
