MrHype (Rank 1 Ambassador)March 2025 - June 2025Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship Working with Lucy Coulden has been an absolute highlight of my journey as a Rank 1 Ambassador. She brings an inspiring combination of leadership, clarity, and kindness to everything she does. Whether it’s guiding newcomers, organizing initiatives, or providing thoughtful feedback, Lucy always leads with intention and care. Her support during my first Polkadot meetup — and throughout my Fellowship experience — made a real difference. She truly embodies what it means to be a community builder in Web3, and I’m grateful to have her in this ecosystem.

Timothy Tello, 3thix, Founder CEO CEO of one of the companies I brought to ParityFeb 2025 - Present Eth Denver, Miami, and ConsensusI supported Lucy in her Fellowship initiatives and contributed to all three associated events. Additionally, I provided guidance and consultation on her work with Arcadia and her efforts to onboard other projects and venture capital partners into the Polkadot ecosystem.Lucy has been nothing short of a powerhouse within the Polkadot ecosystem. Her tenacity, unwavering dedication, and willingness to serve as both the backbone and the boots on the ground have been evident time and time again—particularly at key industry events like ETHDenver, Consensus, and Miami. Lucy’s loyalty to the Polkadot vision and her deep commitment to its core values of decentralization are not only admirable but essential to the momentum the network continues to build.

She has been instrumental in every facet of ecosystem growth—from organizing impactful events to engaging in on-the-ground business development, speaking on panels, and directly recruiting high-value projects and VCs. Her ability to represent Polkadot with clarity, passion, and strategic insight has led to real adoption and lasting relationships across Web3.

Personally, I’m especially grateful for Lucy’s role in bringing my company, 3thix, into the Polkadot ecosystem. Her support helped us integrate our payment solutions, drive stablecoin adoption in gaming, and our frameworks including SEC no action letter, patent for the use of blockchain in games, and our ability to bring on-chain credit card issuance. Without her relentless effort and belief in Polkadot’s potential, these milestones would have taken significantly longer to achieve.

Lucy is a rare kind of leader—one who shows up, delivers results, and inspires others to believe in the mission. Her work has made a lasting impact on the ecosystem and on the people fortunate enough to work alongside her.

Sonja LingchungtsangW3F (no longer there but the work we engaged on was for the W3F, with the CEO Thomas)March to June 2025Business Development / Investor Relations Event on Lake Lucerne, SwitzerlandI had the opportunity to collaborate with Lucy on planning a Polkadot event in Lucerne, Switzerland, focused on IR & BD. Although the event ultimately did not take place (due to economic reasons) I witnessed first-hand her exceptional dedication, organisational skills and strategic approach. Her ongoing work in IR, BD and community building brings significant value to the Polkadot ecosystem. In this context, the requested compensation of USD 60k for 4 months full-time commitment appears well justified.

Richard Houldsworth, Xcavate, CTO & Co-FounderI have worked with Lucy on many dates over the last year. She helped to organise a Polkadot "Dawn of RWAs" event in London. Polkadot "Dotplay gaming souk" in person London event, and most recently the Polkadot "Ambassadors, Builders & Contracts" event at the University of East London. She has always delivered on her promises, been very good at connecting and organising people to get the best outcome while also worked diligently to ensure any event goes as planned.

Matjaz Sobocan, Apillon, CEOsince 2021Apillon in general, introductions to VCs, BD, Sales, EventsI’ve had the opportunity to work with Lucy both during her time at Parity and more recently through Apillon-related initiatives. She has consistently proven herself to be one of the most committed and proactive contributors in the Polkadot ecosystem. From facilitating valuable introductions to VCs and supporting business development to coordinating events and amplifying visibility for ecosystem projects, Lucy has played a critical, yet often behind-the-scenes, role in pushing the ecosystem forward.

Much of her work doesn’t show up on-chain or in highly visible dashboards, but it absolutely impacts adoption, reputation, and community trust. Her efforts around the Ambassador Fellowship and continued global presence at key events, often self-funded, show a level of dedication that’s rare. It’s no exaggeration to say she’s undervalued and underrecognized for the actual impact she delivers.

I fully support this funding request and believe it’s more than justified given the scope of her work, track record, and the positive outcomes I’ve personally seen through our collaboration.

which has the goal of improving the DAO decision making process & decision quality for a better allocation of treasury funds.
My experience working with Lucy was always very positive.
Her skillset, professionalism and interest in various topics helped me significantly in developing my application further.
Her mentorship and feedback on my work was exceptional, she has a rare ability to give constructive feedback that is both insightful and empowering.

Adam Galloway, Rank II AmbassadorMarch 25th onwardPolkdsot Ambassador Social Media, Youtube, X streams, Miami Music WeekIn my role as an Ambassador and member of the Social Media Team, I have had the opportunity to closely observe Lucy’s contributions to the Polkadot ecosystem. She consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, dedication, and leadership, often stepping in to fill gaps and ensure team objectives are met.

While in Miami, I witnessed Lucy personally organize and host a series of high-impact events, effectively bringing together investors and mission-aligned organizations. She committed both her own time and financial resources to ensure the success of these initiatives—an extraordinary effort that speaks volumes about her commitment to the network.

Beyond event execution, Lucy has been a compelling and articulate representative for Polkadot across various public platforms, including a number of YouTube panels and interviews. Her presence reflects both deep knowledge and a strong alignment with the values of the community.

Moreover, Lucy has invested substantial effort and personal resources into improving the Ambassador Program. Her attention to detail and commitment to incorporating community feedback has significantly strengthened the program’s structure and inclusivity.

Given the breadth and depth of her contributions, I strongly believe Lucy should be formally recognized and fairly compensated. Her impact is already evident, and her continued involvement will bring long-term value to the Polkadot community.

Natalie Tillack, Co-Founder, So So Scaled!Parity (now left but she was there when I was doing this work)Jan - Jun 2025PAF, particularly moving the Sales Hub into the BD Plaza Lucy was asked to spearhead the new Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship. She trusted the extended team and the process and - wanting the ambassador fellowship to be successful - spent private funds for admin, tooling, and travel, not to speak of her time.

Lucy had bad luck many times over. After the Genesis cycle was successfully concluded, remaining funds were returned to the treasury before outstanding payments were made. Some events payments weren't approved in the end because of details.

She has put in considerable time and effort into making things right. She has rallied a team behind her, took in the community, and worked incredibly hard.

I hope she receives some compensation for her work.

Dot Play, Head of IP Development and Developer Relations A W3F-funded initiativeSept 2024 - June 2025Dot Play Bounty, Polkadot Playground, the experience exchange initiative and various ambassador and Polkadot educational meet ups.Lucy is highly engaged and puts a lot of energy and effort into networking and building real connections, as well as initiating executing on plans and projects. She is hard working and single minded in her efforts to build concrete business foundations for projects within the Polkadot ecosystem. Her efforts should be seriously valued.

Sandra Lee, Investor multiple opportunities multiple opportunities to interact with LucyI had the pleasure of working with Lucy Coulden during her time as PA to the CEO of Parity, and I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication, professionalism, and effectiveness.

I first met Lucy at PBA Berkley, where her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail were immediately evident. She took the lead in coordinating events with a level of polish and foresight that made everything run seamlessly. Whether it was managing logistics, communicating with attendees, or anticipating and resolving issues behind the scenes, Lucy consistently ensured that everything was in perfect order.

Over the course of several global events — in Hong Kong, Singapore, Denver, and Bangkok — I saw first-hand how Lucy operates under pressure. She just gets things done. No fuss, no drama — just quiet confidence, resourcefulness, and an impressive ability to solve problems before they even arise. She brings a calm, can-do energy to any situation, pulling things through with a smile and a deep sense of ownership.

Lucy is someone you can trust completely. When she commits to something, you know it will be handled with care and excellence. Her initiative, work ethic, and natural leadership often mean she goes above and beyond her role to ensure the team succeeds — all while staying humble and grounded. She communicates with grace and clarity, making people feel heard and supported at every level, from senior leadership to on-the-ground collaborators.

What’s more, Lucy uplifts those around her. Her positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and professionalism make her not just a brilliant operator, but a culture carrier who improves morale and team cohesion. She doesn’t just get the job done — she makes everyone around her better.

Any team would be lucky to have Lucy. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any role that demands precision, integrity, and a steady hand in fast-moving environments.

Jia Ling Yang, Playground, Founder/ CEO CEO of one of the companies I brought to ParityMarch 2025 - presentPolkadot Playground; Arcadia/ Beatport Playground; Playground migration to Polkadot HUBLucy has been an exceptional guide to the Polkadot ecosystem and a true embodiment of what it means to be a project ambassador partnerships manager. Her support has been instrumental in our Polkadot journey; she welcomed me with such generosity and passion at Polkadot events in both Miami and Lugano, making sure we were not only included but meaningfully connected. Through her, we were introduced to high-impact partners like Mythical and Beatport, both deeply aligned with Playground’s mission of reimagining community engagement across culture and entertainment.

She also played a pivotal role in helping us sync with the HUB team, ensuring Playground is positioned as one of the first flagship applications to launch on the HUB. As the head of the ambassador program, Lucy brings a rare combination of grassroots community intuition and high-level strategic thinking. She deeply understands what it takes to build thriving ecosystems and she is exactly the kind of leader Playground was built to empower and collaborate with.

Miami specific:
I had the pleasure of attending both the Polkadot x Beatport lunch and the Chase Stadium event, and I’ve never been more impressed by a Web3 community. The caliber of guests, the quality of conversations, and the overall experience were truly unforgettable.

What stood out most was Lucy’s incredible ability to unify the Polkadot ecosystem, she clearly understands how each ambassador, partner, and project can contribute to a shared mission. More than just gathering people, she’s building momentum around a bigger vision: that Polkadot’s own community engagement infrastructure can serve as the foundation for all of Web3.

It was a statement about what’s possible when thoughtful curation, meaningful connection, and powerful infrastructure come together. I left feeling inspired, aligned, and fully convinced that Polkadot isn’t just supporting the future of Web3 it is the infrastructure music and culture will be built on.

Shawn Coe, Parity Technologies, ProductParity2/25 - present 3Thix, Arcadia, Playground, Beatport, Mobile Payments App, Bit BaselLucy has been great to work with. She helped organize the user testing for the Polkadot mobile payments app in Miami, and has brought several interesting deals forward, most of which are still in process. She also helped me understand the customer needs a little better by connecting me with potential customers through the ambassador program.

Miami specific:
It was great for me to see the community we've built in Miami. It's an example of how to effectively engage with potential partners that can serve as a model for other areas. Likewise it was really valuable to connect directly with potential partners and understand a bit the problems they're looking for solutions for.

My primary objective while in Miami was to get feedback on the Polkadot App from the attendees. That was a very successful effort as people were actively interested in participating in our beta test and keen to provide honest and objective feedback. We were able to use this qualitative and quantitative data to make an informed decision about the product launch

Boaz Bandu B., Rank 1 Champion, Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship ProgramDecember 2024 - PresentPolkadot Ambassador Fellowship Program (Phase 1 & upcoming Phase 2), 10,000 Meetups initiative (including Goma pop-up event).I've had the privilege of working closely with Lucy Coulden since December 2024, primarily through the Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship program. Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in my journey, culminating in my progression to a Rank 1 Champion within Phase 1 of the program. This rapid advancement, a few months ahead of Phase 2's broader mentorship rollout, is a direct testament to the foundational work she's laid.

Lucy has been working tirelessly within the community, whether operating independently or as part of a team. She consistently organizes crucial calls and provides timely, comprehensive answers to ambassadors' questions, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed and that the community feels supported and informed.

Her commitment extends significantly to the 10,000 Meetups initiative. Lucy has poured an immense amount of effort into making these pop-up events a reality. Demonstrating extraordinary personal investment, she has even personally funded some aspects of led-events, including the meetup I organized in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. This level of personal sacrifice and dedication highlights her unwavering belief in the program's success and her commitment to empowering local communities.

Lucy has truly accomplished a remarkable amount, fostering growth and engagement across the Polkadot ecosystem. Her work ethic, leadership, and personal commitment are truly exemplary.

Anaelle LTD - PTF SecretarySecretary of the Technical Fellowship which Gavin created and leads23rd April - 16th MayCoordination and discussion for PAF tech specs & implementationThough our collaboration was short, it is obvious that Lucy wants to make an impact in the wider Polkadot community.
She has stepped in during times of turmoil to create a space that brings together a diverse set of people (from volunteers to C-suite, from freelancers to Corporate, from Western nations to Eastern countries) who all want to be part of something big but never really knew how to.
Lucy has also taken on the challenge to upskill in a short amount of time and explore key ecosystem structures so that she can be in a position to contribute meaningful changes to existing mechanisms.
Compensation and recognition for the sustained actions she has taken and the positive cultural shift she has introduced are simply non-negotiable.

Shelley Mae | Gaming Content SpecialistsDec 2024- PresentPolkadot Ambassador Fellowship

Gaming content initiatives within the Polkadot ecosystem
Working with Lucy over the past few months has been one of the most empowering experiences I’ve had in Web3.

When I was creating gaming content around the Polkadot ecosystem, she went out of her way to help me connect with the right people, the kind of connections that would’ve taken me much longer to build on my own. That support genuinely lifted a weight off my shoulders, and gave me the confidence to keep going at full speed.

What I’ve admired even more is watching Lucy take initiative in areas no one else wanted to lead. She didn’t wait for someone to step up, she did it herself, often being the loudest and clearest voice in the room when direction was needed. And yet, she balances that leadership with empathy and professionalism. She listens. She understands. She knows when to push, and when to support.

Even when things get messy and they often do in decentralized space, Lucy never resorts to drama or blame. Instead, she leads with affirmation, structure, and care. She doesn’t badmouth others or seek credit. She just does the work and makes sure it gets done right.

Although I wasn’t physically present at many of the events she organized or represented, I witnessed the impact of her leadership firsthand. She puts in the hours, shows up for people, and makes the ecosystem better for everyone involved.

Her $60,000 proposal for four months of full-time work is not only fai, it’s well-deserved. Lucy has gone above and beyond, even funding parts of this work from her own pocket. That kind of dedication can’t be measured by KPIs alone, it shows up in the culture she helps build.

If you want someone who leads with both strength and sincerity, Lucy is it.

The Dots, Ambassador Rank 3 Q1-Q3 2025Ambassador FellowshipI've been working with Lucy on the Ambassador Fellowship, discussing ways to improve its structure and maximize its impact. Lucy brought structure and global coordination to the ambassador framework. Polkadot’s ambassadorship had been chaotic for some time, and I’m glad to see it becoming more organized and efficient. From my perspective, Lucy made a strong contribution, playing a major role in leading the fellowship and dedicating significant time and effort to make it happen.

Sherman Chin, CSO, Tales of AlekoCEO of one of the companies I brought to Polkadot2024/25Tales of AlekoLucy has been instrumental in introducing our Tales of Aleko game to the Dot Play ecosystem. She has always been friendly and helpful by guiding us to integrate our game with Polkadot's para chain and introducing us to the relevant developers. I myself have created YouTube videos on Polkadot based on what Lucy has educated me on. She totally deserves the compensation from Polkadot for her efforts.

Oliver Brett, ex-Parity comms leadParity (has now left but was there when this work was happening)Variously since 2022Multiple projects at Parity, also ETH Denver this year (including prep for her main stage panel appearance). She is also actively looking for a future ambassador role for me.Lucy has been exceptionally committed to Polkadot for a long time now. I don't think anybody can deny this. She has traveled to every corner of the globe and has stepped up into more visible positions (interviewing tech leads for X streams, making panel appearances etc) seamlessly. She has infectious energy, very rarely turning down an opportunity to describe what Polkadot and/or its ambassadors do and have done, at events far and wide, and in the absence of an established BD group (which, by the way, has never been resolved since its removal from Parity) is certainly one of the most active individuals covering that remit. While I am not deeply knowledgeable about the complex political situation of the ambassador program, I would find it remarkable if she cannot be paid retrospectively for the accomplished work she has carried out.
22
Gonzalo - Polkadot Rank II Champion AmbassadorGenesis Phase 1Champion AmbassadorThe experience of working with Lucy over these past months has been, without a doubt, exceptional.

Since my appointment as an Ambassador Champion, our collaboration on the Ambassador program's initiatives has been consistent and very close. Her ability to motivate and her openness to new proposals are exemplary; it has been a genuine pleasure working with her.

I am truly astonished by her work ethic and her absolute dedication to Polkadot. Not only has she led the Ambassador program, but she has also been a key figure in countless events, tirelessly representing Polkadot. One only needs to see the volume of meetings she has driven or participated in in these four months to appreciate her effort.

For these reasons, I consider it entirely fair that her payment request be approved. I would strongly encourage Lucy to continue contributing her energy, leadership, and talent to Polkadot. Sincerely, I believe that individuals with her spirit are vital for the ecosystem.

Michelle, Community Moderator and Senior Ambassador (OpCom)December 2024 – June 2025 (now)Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship (PAF)Working alongside Lucy on the Ambassador Fellowship has been a consistently positive and inspiring experience. Since December 2024, Lucy has contributed full-time to the program and has played a vital role in driving it forward. As part of the OpCom team, she's been the one to always step forward publicly—taking the lead in communications, hosting weekly and ad-hoc calls and representing the program and Polkadot at large with professionalism and clarity.

Her dedication, initiative and ability to bring people together across regions and time zones have had a significant impact on the Fellowship's growth and direction. Lucy's work ethic and commitment to the ecosystem is truly commendable.

She’s professional, articulate, and deeply focused on delivering real results. Her level of commitment is unmatched - and her vibrant energy inspires everyone around her to get involved.

Local ambassadors consistently tell me: no one deserves recognition more than Lucy.

I’ve personally seen her in action at the Vancouver meetup and Toronto Consensus - always connecting, always building. We need Lucy in this ecosystem. Without her, the ambassador program risks losing its heart and momentum.

Joe PetrowskiSenior Engineer at Parity and Ambassador Fellowship Advisory Board2025 Q1 / Q2Polkadot Ambassador ProgramI was a board member of the Polkadot Ambassador Program during the first half of this year, when the intention was to create the on-chain collective. During this time, Lucy worked tirelessly to get the program off the ground, trying to balance competing requests / interests from many parties involved, all under a blanket of uncertainty about funding and the future of the program. Lucy was present at major events, often using her personal savings to show up and evangelize Polkadot and the Ambassador Program.

Lucy treated the Ambassador Program as her full time job and was able to work with many other experienced people in the ecosystem to pull together a group of senior ambassadors to lead the program. Even if the program takes a pause at this stage, I think Lucy deserves credit for breaking ground and making progress on this difficult project of aligning so many people and getting the collective into a functioning state.

Rebecca Turner, Project Manager at Parity TechnologiesParityFeb to May '25Smart contract communications with Ambassadors / the ecosystem, specifically, the Ambassador Fellowship call with Parity engineers. I enjoyed ideating ways to improve comms with the Ambassadors (and thus the wider eco / web3 world and beyond) with Lucy and found her energetic and with drive to deliver.

We agreed on a preliminary community call, to be shared on X, as a first shared endeavour. With setting the community call up and determining questions, attendee list and so on, Lucy was very helpful in terms of allowing us the space to communicate what we needed, supporting with getting messages across, did the "leg work" in setting up and promoting the call, and did a great job hosting the panel especially considering it was on quite technical topics.

Charu Sethi, President Unique NetworkApril 2025 - PresentAmbassador Fellowship, Pop Up NFTs etcLucy's persistent hard work in the face of tough community sentiment is much appreciated. Her leadership brought much-needed coordination and clarity to the effort—laying the groundwork for what a well-structured ambassador program could look like. That progress was both visible and appreciated across the community. While the proposal didn’t pass, we gathered good community feedback and I hope Lucy continues to lead this initiative. That said, it’s essential that we find a way to establish proper structural and financial support for her role. Lucy took on significant personal risk to keep things moving, and that deserves both recognition and restitution.

James Slusser, Senior AmbassadorForever, as I have been in the ecosystem since 2021Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship (and previous iterations of the program), various Business Development and Investor Relations initiativesAnyone who has worked with Lucy knows she’s a tireless and passionate advocate for Polkadot, with deep roots in the ecosystem. As a solo agent, she brings boundless energy, unwavering commitment, and a collaborative spirit to every initiative. Lucy has always been generous with her time - ready to answer any question I’ve had or go the extra mile to find the answer if she didn’t already know. She has an incredible network across the ecosystem and has facilitated countless introductions that have directly supported my work.

Her dedication to Polkadot is evident in everything she does - just look at her role in shaping the Ambassador Fellowship Manifesto. Lucy fully embodies the ethos of Web3 and consistently represents Polkadot with integrity and enthusiasm, both internally and in public-facing roles. I’m proud to call her both a colleague and a friend, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside her and seeing the impact of her contributions in the years ahead.

Ive never really worked with Lucy since I arrived at PAF for cohort II but during all the lives, chats and forum interactions with Lucy she was very responsive. But beyond that, she created a lot of materials and documents which made me gain understanding about everything without the need of asking questions publicly, for almost every question I had I could find a document, a spread or a presentation with information to answer.

We all know how complex and difficult is to navigate in Polkadot ecosystem and Lucy made it way way easier for me.

Pip Rush CEO of one of the companies I brought to ParitySeveral including Switzerland and Portugal meetings Proposal of Arcadia collaboration Mexico World Cup. Proposal to interpret Dot into Arcadias new touring show. Absolutely fantastic. We have allot of admiration for the work produced by Dot and its aspirations. However clearly the decentralised organisation is a frustrating aspect of the company for many who are within it. We were grateful to have had Lucy’s guidance through out. Having run a relatively non hierarchical arts company I value people within the ecosystem who can take the time to listen to everyone, share information and move projects forwards. Lucy is a rare find on this front and if she hasn’t bought a project to fruition, she certainly has moved forwards the vision and ideas for many people in the dot ecosystem during the exploratory process.

SAL - The Weak Hand - Bellillo + IMCFMarch 2025 +Miami Mega Week + ongoingFor me, Miami Music Week was an incredible experience.
It was my first time collaborating 'ON SITE' with Lucy and other ambassadors, and the synergy was truly powerful. I was happy to contribute to over 10 events in just a few days, everything was close, full of energy, and you could feel the positive vibes from everyone involved.

What really surprised me was the diversity of people who showed up, not just from music and entertainment, but from many different industries. They were curious, engaged, and excited to take part. That unexpected mix sparked new conversations and connections I didn’t see coming.

Events like this are not just about presence, they help ambassadors grow, explore new spaces, and connect with people who might become part of the journey. That’s how an ecosystem evolves: through openness, support, and the willingness to show up.

AMFECEO of one of the companies I brought to ParityMarch 2025 +Miami Mega Week + ongoingMiami music week was fantastic for Web3 and Polkdot, it builds the bridge between the mass public and Web3(which is like another language for the everyday person). Luke Schoen, Clawbird Pty LtdMarch 2025 +Miami Mega Week + ongoingBefore Miami Music Week I had the wrong impression of Miami, and I hadn't really considered the possibilities for Polkadot with the music industry. Miami Music Week hosted a truly inspiring destination for Polkadot's Ambassador Fellowship to shine. Miami locals and Ambassador Fellowship members welcomed even quirky visitors like myself with open arms.

Events organised by the Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship alongside LeoMiamiSports, Beatport, BitBasel helped me form new relationships and also provided a perfect entry point for newcomers to network and learn about Polkadot, music, and AI. Miami MusicTech Summit, the Winter Music Festival, and eMerge Americas Conference and Expo were great for networking with music creators, producers, and legal professionals and learning about adapting to changes in AI.

I had the pleasure of moderating and speaking at several web3 / AI / music panels discussions. The overall perception of Polkadot's technology for these industries is very positive.

Kai Chng, Private InvestorAmbassador Fellowship Advisory BoardMarch 2022+Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship and when she was at ParityI served on the Ambassador Fellowship Advisory Board during the period in which Lucy Coulden led delivery of the Fellowship under OpenGov Ref 1287. I observed Lucy act as de facto programme director from March 2025: coordinating selection and cadence, designing the various supporting frameworks and preparing the on-chain transition with the relevant engineering teams. The Board received regular updates on progress and outcomes. It was my clear understanding that Lucy was asked to continue delivery to avoid a leadership vacuum and that remuneration and agreed expenses would be settled from the remaining allocation once the initial phase was confirmed complete. In my view, Lucy fulfilled the remit set for her and should be paid for that work and reimbursed for Fellowship-related costs.

Ino RubeW3F funded initiativeMarch 2024 onwardsInvestor dinners, HoL event, general networking, introductions, strong colleagues / partners in the ecosystem.I know and have worked alongside Lucy for several years, while she had different roles inside the Polkadot ecosystem. I met her during her time at Parity and we also stayed in touch after she left.

Lucy is a fearless hard worker who always puts the interest of the project first. She has been very successful in organising events of multiple types, always bringing the right people together in one room. She has an enormous network on many different levels, form developers to investors, from corporate leaders to politicians. Lucy shares this network with the projects she works in and also with like-minded people, which establishes very valuable and fruitful connections. Everyone in their network knows that it is in their own interest to answer a connection email from Lucy or to join an event when Lucy calls.

It has always been a pleasure to work with Lucy and I personally and professionally met many very valuable persons I would never have met without Lucy.
