1. Make a copy of this sheet for yourself (File -> Make a copy)

3. Record video of the strats you want to frame count. Be sure to plan for consistent, comparable starting and ending points for yourself

4. Use a video editing program like Shotcut to open the video you recorded. Ideally, you want a program that'll let you view timestamps in the format of mm:ss:ff, where ff means frames. Shotcut is free and does this by default.

5. Using the timestamps in your video, note down start and end times for each trial according to the columns in the above table. Columns I, J, and K will automatically display frame counts. H33:K36 will give you basic summary statistics.
