These templates were assembled and adapted by Quinn Shurtliff of NaturePlan (www.natureplan.org). The basis for many of them was a set of templates originally produced and graciously shared by Oscar Iván Maldonado.

Substantial adaptations have been made to the original templates provided by Oscar. These adaptations were informed by:
(1) the PowerPoint presentations for Conservation Coaches (released in 2021) covering CS Steps 1 and 2;
(2) generous suggestions from coaches across the globe who collectively have deep experience in this topic;
(3) Quinn's personal experience using similar templates at his own project site;
(4) Feedback from NaturePlan clients.

Examples are provided, with permission, from the Cacapon Watershed Collaborative in West Virginia, USA. Their work was done using an earlier form of this template, so the reader will note discrepancies between the examples and the updated template.
