Typically there is less than 1 week wait to get an intake w/ a clinical coordinator. Sessions are 7 weeks, 19 mins, 5 days per week. Clinic is open 7am-7pm. Appts are 30 mins each. New psychiatrist coming in August. Currently it is a NP that "pops in" every 7-10 sessions. There are also 3 post follow ups. They have 4 machines. Currently get insurance coverage for TRD, and Cigna pays for OCD. Private pay is $8600. Success TMS is merging w/ "green brook". Best wayto place a referral is for me to email the face sheet to Lissette and she will call the patient to schedule. They don't allow patients to be on 450mg of bupropion. Also don't treat those w/ alcohol use d/o. The patient needs to be able to hold off on their benzo on the day of the brain mapping. Creyos is a web based, self assessment tool. The scores are compared to 1000s of other people at the same age. The tool was developed by neuroscientists. Tests domains such as memory, concentration, reasoning and verbal ability. Test is taken on computer or tablet, takes about 45 mins or less. The patient can use practice rounds first. If the person gets a question correct, the task will get harder and harder. This test was initially built for geriatric research. The changes will be charted over time. There is a mini test that is 24 mins for ADHD. There are staff scientists that can help interpret. For malingering, there is a “potentially invalid result” that describes abnormal behavior. Looks at things like reaction time and if they are clicking the same button over and over. For the lite plan, this is for 75 patients, costs $400 a month. Might get 25% discount. They ofer child therapy, parent coaching, family systems, couples counseling, affiar recovery, EMDR, DBT. They have a program for first responders. They work w/ illness anxiety. Michael Collins PHD is a neuropsychologist w/ 2 separate clinics. His private pay clinic is a forensics clinic w/ several locations. He also works at a neuropsychology clinic that takes most major insurances. They are mostly in Broward. However, he states he can probably use his private office to do neuropsych testing. His private office has a West Palm Location. His insurance clinic has Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale. He currently has 2 weeks waiting list. The appt is about 3 hours. They have partnernerhsips w/ department of defence and the Intuit, who lease their curriculum. They run an adulting boot camp w/ Stetson Univ. They send Master levels clnicisn into the home to serve as a family archictech. Work w/ ages 3 and older. Most families are 8-30yo. Their goal is to keep ppl out of hospital. Ther is no psychiatrist on staff. They are a “reliable narrator” and send daily notes. They referenced the movie hatch w/ will smith, where they tell people what to do and what to say. They are trained in DBT and CBT. At their core, they are educational. They belive in skils aquisistion and bheavioral modification. They do require a treatment team of therapist and psychiatrist in place, in order to work w/ the client. They have crisis intervention training. Mentioned a story about an employee getting stabbed and tehn returning to work. They have a failure to launch agreement with MIT, cornesll, NYU, Rutgers and Penn State. They will go into the dorm or the class room. They mostly offer in person treatment. Avg length is 3-4 months. They do not treat clients who are undergoing CURRENT sexual abuse, or who are non compliant and not willing to see a psychiatrist. Jessica is a licensed conuselor who worked for company for 10 years.
