3	Step 1: Claim Bids
4	Every Wednesday at 12PM EST teams will lock in their bids. The LMs will then go through and input all of the bids in the waiver order spreadsheet. We will input all of the teams claims on players based on their priority.

12	Step 2: Processing Bids
13	LMs will start with the 1st Priority claim on the team with the highest waiver order and award their player. A successful player claim will be colored green. The unsucessful bids for each player will be colored red. After every sucessful claim, their waiver order was before the claim will be put in parenthesis to show where they were in the waiver wire when that player was awarded. In the example, Team A's #1 Priority is Brett Favre, since he has no one that can beat his bid, he is awarded Favre as the 1st waiver claim. Team B and C failed their waiver claim because they were the #2 and #3 on the waiver wire.

21	After processing the first player, move Team A down to the bottom of the waiver order and repeat the process with the next team's top priority claim. Team B becomes the next team to be awarded a player as the highest team on the waiver wire and they are awarded Dan Marino.
