FOOD HELPERS: Helpers are recruited to help prepare/set up drinks and ice in coolers and food/supplies on tables, before lunch. During lunch, manage food buffet lines, monitor serving quantities of food/supplies and refill as needed for buffet lines, etc. At all times, monitor drink supplies on ice in coolers. After lunch, help take inventory of unused food/supplies, then clear food tables, help pack up/dispose of leftover food/drinks/supplies. Load food/supplies back to vehicle(s).
