Series Summary:

This series is designed to guide new or under-utilizing Ninety users through setting up their company’s Ninety instance for scalable success. Each session builds on the last, helping users maximize Ninety's tools as they grow and evolve, though any session can also be taken as a standalone workshop. In particular, Sessions 1 and 2 can serve as a follow-up to onboarding, ensuring that a company's organizational tools within Ninety are set up effectively. Core BOS concepts will be reinforced throughout, showcasing how Ninety enables teams to fully implement and sustain their BOS with confidence and ease.

2. Add basic company Vision components and identify how to share the company Vision within Ninety.

3. Differentiate between the Directory and Org Chart and add team members to both locations in Ninety.

4. Recognize the Org Chart's key strengths: increasing structure, scalability, resiliency, and accountability.

5. Draft the first layer of your Org Chart in Ninety.

Data, Rocks/Goals, Facilitating an Effective WTM

2. Apply the SMART methodology to create actionable Rocks in Ninety.

3. Use the company scorecard fundamentals to draft at least 3 SLT KPIs and add them to Ninety's Data tool.

4. Distinguish between manually-entered KPIs and smart KPIs in Ninety.

5. Facilitate effective weekly team meetings in Ninety.

Friction to Focus: Creating Alignment Through Quarterly and Annual Planning

90 min1. Define and compare the different team meeting cadences (Weekly, Quarterly, Annual)

2. Identify Ninety's default agendas and locate where to edit/add meeting agendas.

3. Consider best practices for preparing for and running Quarterly and Annual Planning Meetings and recognize their benefits.

4. Use the 1-on-1 tool to schedule and complete a Quarterly Discussion.
