Awesome scissors. The only two flaws are the scissors do not cut as well in the middle (which prevented it from scoring a 3 with the nylon rope) and the weight of the MT makes using the scissors a bit more cumbersome then for some other Mts.

Great cutting scissors! But the MT is heavy and bulky, the handle edges are not rounded over, and it is hard to unlock the scissors for my MT, making it difficult to deploy the scissors at times.

Detachable scissors. Excellent scissors for wide variety of materials. However, they do not cut as well near the tips, and the backspring is a bit stronger than needed.

Works well. Compares well with Wave scissors, though it should be noted that the Wave scissors used in these tests came from a lightly used Wave 2nd gen MT while the Multiforce scissors were new.

Probably the finest pliers-based MT scissors I have tested. Excellent scissors for most materials. However, the scissors do not open very wide, which really hampered its ability to cut the leather belt.

Very good scissors. Does not cut as well near pivot, which hinders its ability to cut tougher materials.

Cuts okay. Uncomfortable to use. Short lever arm and half-ass thumb pad makes cutting tougher material difficult.

Surprisingly good scissors. It cuts best near the tips. The short lever arm and lack of thumb pad really affects its ability to cut tough materials, but it does fairly well with the other materials used in these tests.

Thumb pad not rounded over enough. The angle of the cutting edge bevel is too obtuse, preventing the scissors from cutting tougher material and causing thicker materials to be pushed away

The Good: Smaller MT fits well in my hand when using scissors. Cutting edges are sharp. The Bad: Short lever arm and strong spring makes the scissors harder to operate than other MT scissors. The scissors do not have a proper curve, which meant it could not cut some materials. The Ugly: The lack of a thumb pad, in combination with the short lever arm, makes these scissors almost painful to use.
