The Shared Service Campuses (SSC) refers to the 9 smaller UNC campuses that have their payroll managed by the UNC System Office. These Banner campuses use a standard Baseline Datafeed to transfer data from their ERPs to HRDM. Below is the list of the campuses in this group.

The SSC HRDM Baseline Mapping includes information from the baseline code and how they map to the fields in the 7 datafeeds that are sent to HRDM. The mapping lists the fields for each datafeed, and maps the Banner form, tab, field, and GTVSDAX Code where available.

A description of the Banner datasets that are used to pull the HRDM Baseline data is below. The mapping for the 7 datafeeds are on the respective tabs.

unchrdm_populationThis dataset selects the HR population for the HR Data Mart for the month being processed. The fields populated come from the following tables: pwbbead, pebempl, nbbposn, nwbbpad, nbrjobs, and nbrbjob. Each of the 259 fields from these tables can be found in one or more of the HRDM datasets. Each field is mapped and described in the data feed file layout(s) in which it is populated.

The unchrdm_population dataset contains the EMPL_TYPE and JOB_EMP_TYPE fields which contains the eclass to use for the population. The GTVSDAX internal code is UNCHRDM_ECLS for this selection.

This dataset also includes the capability to exclude one or more positions and/or employees using the GTVSDAX internal code UNCHRDM_POSN and UNCHRDM_EXCLUDE respectively.

uncdm_employeesThis dataset has a primary key of pidm, banner id, home department code, feed record key. The fields populated come from the following tables: spriden, nbrjobs, nwbbpad, nbbposn, perrank, spbpers, spraddr, pebempl, ftvorgn, perappt, goremal, ptrtrea, perbfac, stvsbgi, sormajr, sordegr, gorprac, pwbbead, and gtvsdax. There are a total of 72 fields defined and mapped in the data feed layout.

uncdm_positionsThis dataset has a primary key of position number, eclass, pooled or single, and feed record key. The fields populated come from the following tables: nwbbpad, nbbposn, nbrposh, pbrptot, nbrjobs, nbrjlbd, pwbbead, and gtvsdax. There are a total of 29 fields defined in this data feed layout.
