The example suites in this sheet are used because, generally speaking, many websites have a search function, use some amount of JavaScript, and can be translated to other languages.

In my opinion, test documentation can only be organized so many ways before it becomes too convoluted to use or starts breaking basic QA & testing hierarchy rules.

There are systems, like TFS or Test Director, that if used would eliminate the need for spreadsheet test planning.

However, if you don't know where else to start, you can organize your testing this way as a jumping off point.
