16 | Hindi and Urdu are, essentially, the same language, which use different writing systems. There are other differences, especially in literary contexts. But the day-to-day spoken language is very similar across speakers. There is more dialectical differences within each language than there is between them. Hindi-Urdu is spoken by over 500 million people, mostly in North India and Pakistan, but it's used all over the world (it's one of the fastest growing languages in Canada, for example). | |||||

Each submission should also have some general information to help you pick. Most are pretty self explainatory, but the "Difficulty" can be the most misleading. There's no objective measure of how difficult something is, so we leave it up to the users to choose based on "vibe." So don't be afraid to try content that's too "easy" or "hard," since your own definition might be different than the submitters'. | |||||
