Notes:

(1) Data presented on the following sheets are estimates of the size and characteristics of the eligible-to-naturalize adult (18+) population in the U.S. by probability of naturalizing in the next two to three years, for congressional districts, PUMAs, and states. Estimates exclude persons living in group quarters.
6
(2) Count estimates are unrounded and not reported as integers due to the application of survey weights. Users should interpret small estimated values with caution and round results before reporting.
7
(3) To avoid reporting highly unreliable estimates, no data is reported for geographies with fewer than 50 non-citizen adult survey respondents in the ACS microdata (unweighted). Detailed demographic data on the characteristics of eligible-to-naturalize adults is not reported if based on fewer than 30 unweighted survey respondents (overall or for any particular probability group); only the estimated numbers by low, middle, and high probability of naturalization are reported. All values of -999999 indicate missing or suppressed data due to insufficiant sample/population size.

(4) All uses of these data should credit the source appropriately: USC Equity Research Institute (ERI).

Notes: Above variables are repeated for each category relating to the probability of naturalization where if the variable ends with a "L" then it represents statistics about the population with low probability of naturalization; "M" represents statistics about the population with medium probability of naturalization; and "H" represents statistics about the population with high probability of naturalization. If none of these letters are at the end of the variable name then it represents statistics about all eligible-to-naturalize adults. So for example, pslhs is the percent of all eligible to naturalize adults with less than a high school degree, but plshsL is the percent with less than a high school degree among all eligible-to-naturalize adults with low probability of naturalization.
