atAll scorecards must be properly completed, clearly identifying each player’s full name. Immediately after each tie all scorecards must be signed and the time the tie concluded MUST be shown on the card. The host club must post or take a clear photo or scan of the card and send to the BS D1 District Co-Ordintor. Where a club selects to post the scorecard please send the scores by text or email to the number / address previously advised.

Any player returning to Inverness may save the host club postage by taking the score cards back to Inverness and place them in the Fraser Park letterbox adjacent to the lamp post.

Scorecards or an image thereof may be required at a later date.
