How To Use
21
Here is where you can show a snapshot of all the main touchpoints of recruitment marketing + employer branding to key stakeholders. The thought process is to have a main hub that is updated automatically once you insert the data into the tables. This shows YTD - YOY data but you can adjust to show MoM. The tables are set-up in a way where you can show or pull any data in the way that your team or stakeholders would like to see.

Each dashboard will be updated once you input your data into the tables. Here all the "Export" tabs is where I am sourcing my data and creating formulas off of. I would recommend trying to automate this process as it will be easier in the long run. I've left some formulas in the tables that you can you use to reverse-engineer based on the social tool you are exporting data from. Right now the social media formulas are set up from Sprout Social. Feel free to shoot me an email with any questions! CFitzner@Gmail.com

I've also left some screenshots beneath each dashboard tab for reference on what an end result would look like.
