Other than novice FA having a prepended add/drop sequence I don’t think we fumbled any major decisions this season. As always, if you want my justification for any vote just ask

Hopefully we can walk back the accelerated weeks, close some edge cases in add/drop, and address the GI issues we had this season. The rest of the rulebook feels pretty stable right now

Next season is shaping up to have a larger number of true rookies than we’ve seen in a while, need to think about how to accommodate that with Novice

I've been associated with MLTP for over a decade now and been in leadership positions for the majority of that. Captained five teams to a trophy at all levels of play, been on four successful CRCs from both pre and post merge, and I ran Ultraball, Survivor TagPro, and the TagProIRL subreddit in my off time.

I've been first or second most active in every CRC I've been a part of, to the point the others find it annoying because I won't shut up. I know I'll keep the same activity levels as always.

I'm a jack of all trades. Always active and able to respond to inquiries, quick to provide input and assess situations, and also perpetually keeping my ear to the ground so we can implement much needed changes (fixing minors/novice drops, expanding loan capabilities, trialing new schedule approaches etc.)

I have extensive familiarity at all levels of play. I've got minutes in all three tiers, I've got trophies in all three tiers, I've got knowledge of all three tiers.

I think the trickiest vote this szn was in regards to the 2s boost and bomb game and how to handle it. We voted to eliminate stats but keep the win for Bagels, but I felt perhaps replaying was the better solution at the time. It was an accelerated week and their captain was busy in a different tier and thus didn't notice the issue, but also somehow none of the players noticed the issue either, and it was a cataclysmic blowout. Bagels did kinda get screwed but in a way everybody did. I think ultimately we made the right call but in the moment I really did want them to get the chance to replay. It's a tricky one.

OOL subs created a pandora's box this season. We were too laissez faire and gave off the wrong impression. They should be relegated to EXTREME EMERGENCY ONLY status. I don't think Ducky for Hjalpa was actually bad in practice, but the fundamental idea was probably misguided. Also I think prelims should be more scrutinized and players with hard to establish valuations (like BoF in novice) maybe should be rejected going forwards. DEP in novice also needs to be reassessed (though it really was just a band-aid for bad signups).

Yes, I am familiar with the workload and able to commit the time and energy necessary.

I tend to take on the role of doing a lot of the TPL stats, Info Hub standings updating, Playoffs processing, captain recruitment, and free agency processing (when there are actually drops happening).

I'm pretty familiar with all tiers, though obviously my experience as a player is largely in mLTP.

One vote this season that wasn't unanimous was a vote to change the default days to be Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday instead of Sunday-Monday-Wednesday. There was a reasonable argument made in favor of the change, that weekends and Mondays in general are more affected by holidays and thus we might need fewer holiday breaks with the change, and that people's availability on weekday nights was likely better than people's availability on Sunday nights, for example because of people who might have late-returning flights from a weekend vacation (plus an argument that people might want to watch Sunday and Monday Night Football rather than play TagPro). However I voted against it because I felt that people were used to playing on Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday and were used to planning their schedules around playing on that day (and people making the jump between leagues knew what they were getting themselves into), and that it was potentially a lot of disruption that there wasn't a large desire for from the community when we ran a survey on it (plus NLTP players might not enjoy having their games suddenly overlap with Thursday Night Football).

I would like to massively scale back the number of situations where we offer an OOL sub to teams. I think as a CRC over the course of the past few seasons we weren't careful about when we initially granted them, and then ended up in a corner where after granting one sub we couldn't really justify denying the OOL sub to another team, and it snowballed from there. I would like to be clear this offseason that we're making a break from that and OOL subs will be rarely granted going forward - the primary vehicle for replacing a player is meant to be the callup system.

In addition, I did want to try accelerated weeks to see how they would work, and while I personally didn't mind them, I know a lot of people didn't like them and especially didn't like that some weeks were normal weeks and some weeks were accelerated weeks, so I anticipate scrapping them.

I am a cautious optimist and hope that we can get to something like 10/14/8 for Majors/Minors/Novice.
