Smart Tech Korea will fully sponsor you 3-night hotel accommodation at our pre-selected hotel during the nights of 19-21 June 2024 (inclusive) if you are an eligible buyer to join the programme.
To redeem the 3-night hotel voucher, the buyer has to follow a programme which includes but not limited to visiting the fair on both 20 and 21 June and completing a buyer questionnaire.

1. Your company and you MUST be an OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER for the Smart Tech Korea 2024 and complete the Customised Buyer Programme Onsite in order to claim the above sponsorship programme.

2. Smart Tech Korea 2024 is open for business visitors 18 years old or above only.

3. Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the Smart Tech Korea 2024.

4. Each company is entitled to ONLY ONE OFFER OF HOTEL SPONSORSHIP. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

5. Applications without attaching a photocopy of the applicant’s business card will not be processed. Your company information must
be identical to the information on your application form.

6. Once your application has been approved, we will send the acknowledgement letter to you on late April. If you do not hear from us on late April, your application is considered as unsuccessful.

7. Successful applicants must show up in the fair and visit the "The COMMON(Business Lounge)" in the fairground to collect a questionnaire. Buyers must fill out the questionnaire and meet pre-arranged meeting(at least 6 meetings with STK exhibitors) and visit the "The COMMON(Business Lounge)" to submit the form.

8. You must visit the fair and meet AT LEAST 6 MEETINGS with Smart Tech Korea exhibitors and fill out the questionnaire.
The questionnaire should submitted to "The COMMON" before 21 June in order to qualify for the incentive.

9. The original copy of acknowledgement letter, passport, business card, boarding pass or e-ticket MUST BE presented upon the questionnaire submission. Smart Tech Korea reserves the right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport, business card, boarding pass and e-ticket.

10. Smart Tech Korea reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of any dispute over the programme, the decision of Smart Tech Korea shall be final and binding.
