Salary Schedule Stipulations:

All Certifed staff are contracted for 157 days unless otherwise stated in their contract.

Salary schedule shall be based upon approved transcripts or documentation prior to the first day of

the contract and must be approved by the superintendent.

All certified new hires will be given up to 10 years of service credit in accordance with policy GCBA.

The board of education reserves the right to honor years of experience in hard to fill areas for new placements on the

salary schedule. When a teacher reaches the maximum salary in any one column of the salary schedule, upon a vote
42
of approval by the board of education, teachers may be given a raise not to exceed the inflation postion of the published
43
Denver/Boulder Consumer Price Index published by the CDE in its annual School Finance Act.
