Capital Cost Summary:Input the budget of costs for the project within the table.

Contingency - Provide the contingency percentage input in cell C26. The workbook will calculate the contingency amount for each year based on the Project Subtotal Value.

Additional detail on capital cost timing is required. Distribute the capital costs throughout the provided timeline. Do not enter costs in years beyond the completion of the grant-funded project.

Operating Cost Summary:Input details of project costs within the table by year.

A summary operating cost total project costs categorized by cost type.

Project Cash Flow:Input estimated data in the table by year where indicated. Only input data in blue shaded fields. Other values are populated from the input of the other tabs of this spreadsheet.

Total Revenue – Provide the total revenue expected to be received from customers each year.
Capital Expenditures – Provide the total funds to be spent each year on building the new system each year.
Capital Improvements – Provide the total funds to be spent each year on improving existing networks each year.
BEAD Program Grant Funds Received - Provide the BEAD Program Grant Funds expected to be received. Note that funds can only be entered within or before the first 4 years of project execution.
Leveraged Other Federal/State Grant Funds - Provide other grant funds expected to be received. Note that funds can only be entered within or before the first 4 years of project execution.
Issuance of Debt (Part of Match) - Provide the proceeds from issuance of debt expected to be received during the year. Note that funds can only be entered within or before the first 4 years of project execution.
Repayment of Debt – Provide the expected principal payments on debts for the project during the year.
Capital Lease Payments – Provide the total payments to be paid on capital leases for the project during the year.
Cash Match from the Applicant – Provide the cash match proposed to be provided for the project. Note that match can only be entered within or before the first 4 years of project execution.
Other Funds (Part of Match) - Provide other funds expected to be received. Note that funds can only be entered within or before the first 4 years of project execution.
