A historic stimulus bill will be voted on by the House soon.

Free One-time Paycheck (planned to disburse on April 6 but will likely see delays, especially for those without direct deposit & tax returns for 2018 or 2019)

• Adult individuals earning $75,000 or less in adjusted gross income will get a direct payment of $1,200 each. (may not qualify if claimed as dependent)

• Married couples earning up to $150,000 will get a direct payment of $2,400.

• Each additional child (17 and under) in a household will get an additional payment of $500.

• This payment scales down as income rises, phasing out completely at $99,000 for singles and $198,000 for couples without children.

To qualify, you must have filed 2019 or 2018 taxes. Payments would get sent based on your tax return info and depending on if you have direct deposit or not.

Laid off workers will also receive a extra $600 a week along with 13 weeks of guaranteed unemployment benefits.

• Federal student loan interest is auto-waived (set to 0%) for at least 60 days
• Federal student loan PAYMENTS can be suspended for 60 days without interest accrual or penalty via forebearance 🙏
• Does NOT apply to private/state student loans or most Federal Family Education loans including Sallie Mae)
• If you're pursuing Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), you need to continue making payments
** The new stimulus bill says student loan borrowers will get a reprieve until October and any accrued interest in that period would be waived. **
