Good start to week 1 of training. # of games is a bit inflated since I had a long weekend with no events happening. Probably best to dial it down to 30 games. Overall 64% of my games I rated myself at least Good rating. Let's try to get that up to 80% this week. Had a few games that were a must dodge/internet issues, not much you can do. 12 games were rated as average or below. You should have ZERO awful/bad games, but let's try to keep it to 5% this week and average games let's try to keep it to 10% this week.

Game Tracker4/15/20192.9752.38%2211420348922-20I wanted to start this ranked tracker sheet again because I've recently (in the past 2 weeks), went from PROMOS to Diamond, all the way to Plat 3 - 75 LP, that's over TWO divisions worth of losses. Clearly, I have been playing poorly and need to focus on not making so many mistakes. I've felt that a lot of the games have been unwinnable, but that's not important, because I personally have felt a decline in my level of play (regardless of win/loss).

My 3 goals for this week:
1. <=4 deaths per game, no needless deaths;
2. Set up vision safely (lane/map priority);
3. Focus on self, not how other lanes are doing

Overall played safer, 5 deaths was a bit high, but first death was misplay, and last death was also misplay (poor positioning). Played around ulti win condition. Good baron call when seeing Kaisa back. Took a death to understand, but understand Wukong can appear from anywhere. Need to have exhaust up or play in safer position. Need to work on teamfight positioning.

3NamiLoss0048AverageOverall wasn't too bad of a game, I kept my deaths low, but unfortuantely Master Yi int'd at Baron and they snowballed off that. Also my ADC was so bad. Teamfight was better position but still could have landed bubbles on priority target. Unlikely to win after inting team.

5NamiLoss00318GreatTough loss, but made a big blunder at last Baron. Shouldnt have re-engaged with Sylas trying to 1v5. Should have let him die and back after 4v5. Unlucky that Hecarim got bound or else teamfight could have been different. Played as best I could to my win condition, which was essentially peeling Xayah. I set up vision to objectives really well along with good TP timers. Don't face check bush in area that has no priority. Overall, good focus on self. Meeting objectives of the week so far :)

64/16/2019ZyraWin14410ExcellentMake sure to ward after 3:30 if you are pushed up in lane. Easy gank to avoid. Overall, not bad, most deaths weren't too bad. Played a bit far forward again when trying to siege turret, unnecessarily close up. Stayed in the back line for most of it until I knew I could get a stopwatch.

7VelkozWin19216ExcellentExcellent game overall. Couple of deaths early, but were primarily due to silly errors, like poking under tower at low health. Stayed in the back where I was needed and kept myself at a safe distance. S rating!

8NautilusWin15821AverageI am tank, but still dying 8 times is unacceptable. Need to press ult to peel if our team already has heavy engage. Could have won 10 minutes earlier, or possibly lost if team wasnt scaling super far ahead. If engage is available, use ult to peel. If engage not available use ult to engage. Also, I think I gave mid too much prio early, Varus needs peel pre-20 and cannot 1v1 a Lucian lane. Lucian almost got too far ahead due to my poor roam timing.

94/17/2019NamiLoss01618DodgeSona/Taric... I lose again :(. To be honest I played pretty well, but teammates were trolling too much. Could have ended but Ori backed. Not too much I can do. It was a bad baron call.. Too early with little damage. But game was easily winnable, after 2nd baron unfortunately team trolled too much. Counter Taric/Sona buy bursting Taric or Sona ASAP.

10NautilusLoss05811GoodNot great, but above average I say. 8 deaths was very unfortunate again, but the jungle difference was too big and khazix snowballed way too hard. Had a chance to comeback, but unfortunately, no top/jg pressure. Honestly destroyed lane, but it's a 5v5 game.

Overall objective control was really good, but tried to hard to rush the base. Need to push the waves with team, but we went way too ham. Good buy on refillable early vs Xerath poke. Vel vs Xerath is okay, but only because support was shit and missed more skillshots than me.

17ZyraWin13521GoodPretty hard to lose that one. One improvement is to make sure you have ult ready before flashing in. You sometimes forget whats on cooldown. Concentrate on landing spells when ADC is immobile, not otherwise.

First time amumu on my team who did no dmg going full AP, can't win like that. Can't 1v1 Fizz without Zhonya ever. Give up turret if you are trying to 4v1, Sej can easily flank. Keeping my deaths no more than 5, so that's an okay sign.

Let's try to get that good+ rating to 80% this week. Had a few games that were a must dodge/internet issues, not much you can do. 12 games were rated as average or below. You should have ZERO awful/bad games, but let's try to keep it to 5% this week and average games let's try to keep it to 10% this week.

Reflecting on goals this week, I died on average 4.83 times per game. A bit higher than I wanted but definitely a good start (previous weeks I was dying 6+). Let's try to get that number to <=4 again. A lot of my deaths were due to poor positioning in lane, or face checking bushes as a squishy. Need to STOP face checking bushes when theres lack of pressure, or go with someone to establish vision. Around objectives I did a much better job at establishing vision! Also, my mental usually was pretty strong, I think it's not just a matter of focusing on your own lane (while not worrying about others), but really focusing on WIN CONDITIONS. Understand what BOTH teams win conditions are (not just your own), and play around those. Even if you're losing if you have win condition on your side, you focus on playing around that. Vice versa, understand opponents win condition and play around that. Understand who you have to peel versus who can "self-carry". Another new goal I want to focus on is avoiding early gank pressure. If I'm pushed up in lane, I NEED to ward, to avoid ganks. They can't pink TRI before first back.

Goals for the week:
1. Keep deaths <=4 per game
2. Identify win conditions for BOTH sides at the start of game, mid-game, late-game. Keep your focus on that, not on teammates performance.
3. Avoid early jungle gank pressure, by warding, ESPECIALLY if you are pushed up.
4. STOP facechecking bushes in mid/late game. Either confirm priority/pressure OR go ward WITH jungler/top laner

End of Week 24/29/20192.7051.85%146415334914-13Excellent week to week 2 of training. Actually only had enough time to play 26 games (I think this is a reasonable amount) and ended an amazing 17-9. Overall I rated myself having 19 at least Good ratings, which is a 73% rate. Much improved, but still need to get that rating to 80%. Only 4 unwinnable games this week. Only 15% of games are really UNWINNABLE, which is what I predicted. 2 bad games yet 5 average games. Let's try to be above average in more games, but those 2 bad games were in line with what I expected.

Reflecting on goals this week, I died 4.26 times per game, which is improvement once again from last week. Definitely on pace to get that number under 4.0, continue to ensure I don't die needlessly. Some of my deaths on red side were due to level 2 cheese. BE WARY OF CHEESE. The other area of death was forcing plays too hard. I know its important to play aggressive, but don't force them. Be okay with being carried if other lanes are ahead, play risk averse. If other lanes are losing, you can force a bit harder and risk more, since you'll lose anyways. Continue pressuring in lane especially when you have pressure. A big thing of improvement this week, was understanding win conditions and who you need to peel or whether you are primary engage. Keep that major point identify win conditions. Keep warding around objectives. Lastly, no baron throws this week; shot call mid/late game when ahead by focusing pushing waves before free objectives.

1. Keep striving for <=4 deaths/game
2. Care for cheese level 2 (especially for red side start)
3. Continue to identify win conditions for both sides (know who to peel mid/late game)
4. Shot call mid/late game when free Baron (push waves up first)
5. DO NOT FORCE PLAYS TOO HARD; if ahead, play more risk averse... don't let them comeback. Play aggressive when you have pressure.

And it wasnt even cheese, I tried to defend my ad but should have instead backed and kited and wait for root. Tank Kog isnt that squishy so no need to over protect. Really couldnt do much with Morg black shield cock blocking me. And Nasus absorbing all hooks. I feel like I played to the best of my abilities :).

Late game I should only waste hook on their carry and save it for threat. No point in hooking any of their bruisers. Identified Jinx late game as threat way too late. Too many aggressive hooks that were NOT on Jinx (their win condition). Threw too many bad decision hooks which almost cost the game.

End of Week 35/6/20193.1355.00%11518521511-9Wow, 5 bad games out of 27 games this week. Honestly, most of the bad games this week were not just because of my poor play, but more my mentality. I was either not into the game, or just tilted from a bad streak. One good thing I learned this week was if you are very tired, or have lost 3 games in a row. STOP. My mental is poor and my quality of play reduces to Bad-Average. Number of unwinnables was near 20% this week, hopefully it reduces to only 3 games. Gotta reduce my deaths this week back to 4, I was near 6 this week, a lot of them due to tired performance Friday night.

I believe if I played only when full alert, I can honestly finish the week 16-8. But this requires HIGH concentration. Don't be tempted to simply win, but each game I need to be ALERT. This week I want to focus on playing with high focus. Specifically, I want to review not only win conditions, but also, each opponent's individual threat condition (e.g. TF ult, 1-shot potentials, trading ability, target selection). Also, let's continue to do late game shotcalling (don't want to throw too many baron plays).

1. STOP playing if exhausted OR LOST 3 games in a row
2. Review EACH opponent's individual threat condition (e.g. GLOBALS, 1-SHOT POTENTIAL, TRADING ABILITY, TARGET SELECTION).
3. Identify PRIMARY win conditions for both sides (know who to peel mid/late game)
4. Shot call mid/late game when free Baron (push waves up first)
5. Ward or deward with PRIORITY, if no priority, assume enemy in bush
