QLink Campaign Link Manager - Google Sheets Template

Install QLink (Free) → Bulk shorten links in Column L → Export click stats → Dashboard updates automatically.

1. Make a copy of this sheet (File → Make a copy).

2. Install QLink from Google Workspace Marketplace. https://qik.fi/gsheet-template-1-install-addon

3. Go to Campaign_Links and fill rows you want to shorten.

4. Tick ✅ Row_Active for the rows you want included.

5. Go to QLink_Setup and copy the suggested Column + Start row + End row into QLink bulk shorten.

6. In QLink, export click analytics (recommended: Country + Device) → open Dashboard.

Important: Don’t rename QLink export sheets. The Dashboard expects these exact names:

Notes / limitations

- Bulk creation does not support custom slugs (backhalves).

- Custom slugs are available only for single-link creation (web UI / single mode).

- Link-level analytics are not a replacement for Google Analytics — this is campaign link click tracking.
