General Practice Improvement Leads programme. An accredited personal development programme for those working in NHS general practice. Participants gain new perspectives, skills, and confidence in using quality improvement tools and techniques (improvement science) for service redesign and leading colleagues and teams through change.To be confirmedFurther cohorts expected to be available during 2024/5 (dates TBC).

Participants must identify a specific problem/issue to work on during the programme that their practice/network is ready and able to address within the timeframe of the programme.

Digital and Transformation Leads Development ProgrammeA twelve-month development programme specifically designed to equip individuals in the Digital and Transformation Lead ARRS role with the core skills to be able to lead transformational change. NB the core element and celebration event are held in person.  All other activities are held virtually.Further cohorts will be available during 2024/5 (dates TBC).

New trauma informed care e learning programme now available
The programme, which is aimed at frontline health and care professionals, emergency services colleagues, violence reduction units and education staff, consists of 5 modules:
• Human Development and Responses to Threat
• What Do We Mean by Trauma?
• Basic Awareness, Concepts and Challenges
• Public Health and Prevention, Personal Capacity
• Making Trauma Informed Approaches Part of Healthcare

On completion of the programme learners will have a greater understanding of trauma and its impact on the lives of everyone who encounters services, including
those who work within it. It will help learners to recognise and sensitively respond to people who have experienced trauma.

Springboard Women’s Development Programme:
By the end of the programme participants will experience improvement in many areas, from an increase in confidence and self-esteem to feeling more proactive and motivated.
You must attend all four workshops for completion of the programme.

Discovering a Nursing Career in General Practice
A pre-employment module for those considering a career in general practice. Gain a better understanding of primary care and general practice, developing the knowledge and skills to support a career move into the sector. This module is fully funded by Health Education England for registered and student nurses, trainee nursing associates and registered nursing associates residing in England. Study at level 6, 7 or non-accredited.
