25	There are already control mechanisms in place: if a student cannot maintain fulltime status, they are in violation and the school gets notified. How is this proposed rule add anything?	scholar

27	How will this affect students who are at MIT currenty with exired visas and have unable to travel home to renew their visas because of travel restrictions and COVID?	student

35	There are so many additional applications required at different time points. I see the DHS has extended how far in advance they will accept applications, but what are some guarantees on how long they will take to process applications? We might not know about our extensions and funding situations so far in advance especially during post-docs.	student
