In particular, this spreadsheet uses the encounter building rules found in theModule: Monsters document.
Enter the levels of your characters in the party under "Party Info", as well as the amount of characters of each level. Each row in the table above is one encounter. For each encounter, enter the number of monsters and their CR into the "Count" and "CR" columns. The sheet will tell you the XP the encounter is worth using the calculations in the Dungeon Master's Guide for the selected edition.

If action economy balancing is disabled, the adjusted XP will be equivalent to the raw XP (just like the 2024 rules). However, if enabled, this spreadsheet uses a homebrew multiplier equal to the ratio between the number of monsters (or 3, whichever is higher) and number of players.
