2. The vendor bid is valid when the exchange rate changes in the range of up to 3%, otherwise, it may be recalculated depending on the change in the exchange rate at the time of signing the Agreement.

3.Due to the difficult economic situation in the world, regular increase in prices for raw materials, increase in production and transportation costs, prices for materials in the vendor bid may be revised, provided that they increase by more than 5%.

4.The unit prices of the estimate are based on the execution of the specified amount and range of works. In case of changes in the range of work or amount, the prices may change and will be discussed with the Customer separately.
