Timeline: The application can be started anytime. It is finished after all merit badges, leadership, time and your Eagle Project is complete.

A. Download and save Eagle Scout Application from link on Troop Website

1Be sure to work in Adobe Reader, NOT on a browser plugin.

2Type in your name at the top of the application. Then, save, close file, re-open the file and see if your name is stll there. Make certain it is saving before you enter all your data!

C. Complete all boxes. Save often!

REQ. 2References - you MUST complete all the spaces for references. The only exception is the Employer reference if you do not have a job. If you are not affiliated with a church, enter your parents name for this reference. NOTE: try to get letters from as many of these people as possible. See "Steps to Eagle" for more information on Letter of Recomendation

REQ. 3Merit Badges - Fill out badges and dates from TM. Please read the directions at the top and bottom of the section.

REQ. 4Leadership - be certain that you only list advancement dates that are AFTER your Life board of review date and BEFORE your 18th birthday. Be certain that your leadership position(s) total at least 6 months.

REQ. 5Service Project - self expanatory. NOTE: be sure to include the total hours for everyone who worked on the project AND your planning time!
