15	Helpers required to:
16	Move & assemble trestle tables, plate up food if required and serve. Pack down hall and clean up.
17	NB. Working With Children Check Required. Please sign in at the office when you arrive.

20	Tasks:
21	1	Sign in at office.
22	2	Assist Raf (coffee van) where needed. He's pretty self sufficient but we'll help out as needed.
23	3	Put up signs near gates and hall entrance, signage for some of the food (gluten free selection) Ive emailed Hugh Ellis who provided signs in previous years. May need a volunteer if that falls through.
24	4	Set up hall (tables, chairs, table cloths), tea station, fill and boil hot water (urn), prepare hot food in the staff room oven,
25	5	Pick up food from Kyneton and arrive in Woodend at 7:15am.
26	6	Arrange flower selection - can anyone take the responsibility of preparing a few (6) flower bunches (local garden, no need to buy) to put on the tables. I'll ask Martin as Krista voluntold Martin to take care of table decorations.
27	7	Serve food throughout the morning as needed. We'll have a few tables with food on them so attendees can also help themselves. We'll have hot savoury food (mini quiches).
28	8	Ensure hot water urn is topped up. Ensure food in oven is at temp and ready to be served. Keep an eye on the urn to ensure kids are safely away from it.
29	9	Clean up, pack away tables chairs, sweep hall floors.
30	10	Sign out at office on departure
