All fields on this cian color are meant to be edited to the desired values

The target chance is set at 98% (cap) by default. Change as desired.

Room Cleanliness is set at 0 by default. Effect capped at [0.6; 1.15]

Light Level is set at 50% by default. Effect capped at [0.75; 1.0]

Room Cleanliness is treated as a multiplier to the value used for all the tables, the same for light level (for ease of comparation and faster calculation)
