Voices of the River, Pathways to Peace". The Geneva Water Hub, an organization focusing on how shared water resources can create opportunities for conflict resolution between states. The Hub is collaborating with a number of partners to engage in discussions around water and it's connections to conflict resolution, poverty reduction and youth in the Senegal River Basin (shared by Senegal, Mali, Mauritania and Guinea). This includes creating an album with world class musicians from the region (Baaba Maal, Fatoumata Diawara, Noumoucounda, Noura Mint, and Daara J), participating in the Festival A Sahel Ouvert in February 2022 , engaging with local communities and youth groups in the region, and sharing our findings (art as well as creative ideas for local solutions) at the World Water Forum in Dakar in March 2022.http://www.sahelouvert.com/
