Apr. 25/19NewmarketYork Region ParamedicsDiscussing the test answers as a group. Guessing/evaluating people cases as different colour types in slides/on test.Depth to personality dimension validation. Different / specific qualities to colour dimensions/temperaments.Well thought out. Easy to understand.Terry Mayard was pleasant, friendly and non-judgemental.Depending on the group, have them write the boards/points of discussion out. Have them read back various pieces. I do wish it was a bit shorter. Think we could have covered website resources ourselves.Yes

Apr. 25/19NewmarketYork Region ParamedicsI liked Teryr's teaching methods and allowed for all of us to ask questions, share stories/experiences, and addressing our concerns before we provide PD to 500+ staff!I obtained a better understanding of PD, which has provided me with more confidence as I prepare to provide the education to my colleagues.Helpful as it provided easy references to information that will most likely be required during our courses such as the validation info.Experienced, and well prepared. Calm, friendly demeanour.Definitely

Apr.25/19NewmarketYork Region ParamedicsThe added support such as macaroons, snacks, music, props. The manual and guide was helpful. Good structure of the day.About interacting with personalities, building a course and about myself.Easy to follow. Acted as a good support.Very knowledgeable and personable. Terry thought of ways to keep everyone engaged. It looked like a lot of work went into planning for the participants.Maybe consolidate instructions guide with manual, 1 book instead of 2.Yes

Mar. 28/19BarrieResidenceDialogue and learning.Stretching and blending exercises. Really enjoyed that.Excellent, yet somewhat disjunct in its organization.Very supportive. Excellent, allowing for discovery as key learning methodology! Need to bring samples of all guides and materials applicable to roles of participants.Include facilitator guides for roles. Make day 3 longer to allow for more time for final plan activity. More activities specific to our roles.Yes, I would.

Mar. 28/19BarrieResidenceIncreased understanding of others and self-awareness correlated to specific colours and characteristics traitsA lot of information about myself, reaffirming as well as identifying with other personality characteristics and when to call back we i needed to.Very relevant and informative. However, some segments/descriptions require some clarity.Informative, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodate to move around agenda items - showed some flexibility.Expand package of information / robust starting package, assessments / professional reports.Yes, I would recommend

Mar. 28/19BarrieResidenceThe videos (Lighter Side of Talking in Colour), the possibilities of Personality Dimensions, and the suggested activitiesA lot; self-awareness and awareness about others.Great. But, I would have included a little homework every evening to familiarize oneself with the manuals and binders.Great. A bit too flexible perhaps. Sticking to the agenda might help keep everyone on the same page with expectations. Seemed a bit unsure at times. Changing formats not a great idea.1. Stick to the agenda - a bit more assertive about the stages of the sessions and timings. 2. Provide a working lunch. 3. More Blending activities and stretching activities to be included. 4. Expand the package to include more.Yes.

Mar. 28/19BarrieResidenceTerry's flexibility to work with adult learners. Accepted and modified. How to work collaboratively with the other colours. Gain a deeper appreciation for other traits.OK. The test was not conducive to my testing style - too much focus on theory - clarification needed, not clear.Awesome, flexible, funny, accommodating, good "grub", personable, knowledgeable.Tes - poorly written. Less focus on theory. More time for test - rushing - supposed to be 2.5 hours, we had 1 hour.Yes, definitely
