Goal is to seek long term stability. 3. Committee going from meeing only during Jan - May campaign to year-round meetings and activities. 4. Recruit new committee members.

Coming of Age for 2016-2017 for current youth group - will keep class make-up together, Montessori style.
On-going teacher recruitment. 3. Evaluating participation in every-other Friday night regional youth group -UUnited. 4. Hold RE Sunday, June 11, 2017. 5. 1. Mainspring lunches. 2. Select charities for 50% of weekly plate collection. 3. Liaison with UUSC, especially for for Guest at Your Table program. 4. Respond to issues of social justice as needed; serve as clearing house. 5. Support GLBT individuals; Welcoming Congregation; annual GLBT pot luck in the fall. 6. Continued support for Rachel's interaction with BIC and UU Mass Action. 7. Table at Holly Day Faire. 8.Maintain SJC Bulletin Board. 9. Working on specific town clean-up project in conjunction with the 300th. 10. Explore connections with artin Richard Institute.

Dr Harold Trulear funded in part by Messiah Baptist. 3. Forums to be held in the fall to examine the Black Lives Matter movement and to discuss FP support of it.

Mission: The mission of the Growth Team is to bring folks from
the community to First Parish (or from fuzzy slippers to our door).
The Growth Team can be seen as an “idea factory”, exploring best practices for attracting new guests, including modes of communication (Facebook, social media, advertising, participating in community events) and, in general, communicating to the wider community why they should want to visit (and become a part of) First Parish in Bridgewater.
