Additional Information
12
The number of image fields (highlighted in purple) depends on the maximum number of images a subject will have. If other subjects do not have the same number of images, leave those fields blank (e.g. if a subject is only made up of 1 image but others in your subject set are made up of 5 images).
13
The internal_id field (highlighted in red) is required for ALICE indexing -- this ensures you'll be able to view & search for an image/item by your institutional reference instead of the auto-generated Zooniverse ID.
14
The group_id field (highlighted in green) is required for ALICE indexing -- this ensures you'll be able to view groups of images instead of sending all files to the same folder. It is recommended to use the same groupings as you will for your Subject Sets in the project builder.
15
Other than the image, internal_id, and group_id columns, there is no requirement for any of the information above to be included in your manifest -- what metadata you choose to show your volunteers is entirely up to you. This is just an example.
16
Your manifest must be a .csv file. Each subject set you upload must have its own manifest.
17
We strongly recommended that you start by uploading a small, test data set + manifest to your project.
18
Avoid special characters and spaces.
