Stress: This is a pretty subjective one but be honest - if you successfully identified a high stress day and utilized a stress management tool, or you had a very low stress day, you get 10 points. If you identify your stress but don't manage it, or have a moderately stressful day then give yourself a 5; if you're a disaster and don't manage your stress at all give yourself 0 points.

Food: If you eat meat and veggies, seeds and nuts, some fruit, little starch, no sugar, and no alcohol, give yourself a 10. If you eat 1-2 noncompliant foods give yourself a 5. If you eat a bunch of bad things, give yourself 0 points.
