2 - Fill in the yellow highlighed fields on the "variables" and "1 - Inputs" tabs to have the spreadsheet build out your investing model on the "Summary" tab.

3 - Properties 2, 3, 4 assume that you're buying a similar property, but in the future. The "Annual rent increase" and "annual appreciation rate" variables on "1 - inputs" are factored into future property investments. For example, property #2's purchase price is the appreciated price after two years.
